Central location, great place for discovering Barrie. Based not far from Barrie, downtown, the centre. Neat room with central heating, an iron and an electronic key card for a comfortable stay. Fresh food.

Hotel was under construction which I fully understand so couldn't complain about what wasn't good. Front desk promised an adjustment to my bill which I am still waiting on after second try.

The room was updated and big with 2 double beds, and we greatly enjoyed having access to wake-up service. Central heating, an ironing set, and an electronic key card were a very nice touch.- The hotel's location was marvelous, very close to the downtown, shops such as groceries and pharmacies, and the Georgian Mall.

Your receptionist the older one with black hair.Was quite rude about the cost of the room. I was told a different price and she said she couldn't give it to me. I was about to leave and she decided she could honour it. Not professional !!!. Not sure we would book with you again. Also your muffins were stale.

i like the breakfast they served since everything was available like fruits, coffee, yoghurt, bread, pancakes, etc. I also like having a mini fridge and microwave in the room, very convenient.
